BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Cornell women’s tennis team opened the dual-match season with a 5-2 loss to Buffalo today at the Ellicott Tennis Courts in Buffalo, N.Y. The Big Red picked up wins at No. 5 and No. 6 singles as Susan Sullivan blanked Tamara Markovic, 6-0, 6-0, while Ruxandra Dumitrescu edged Diana Toia, 6-4, 7-6 (3).
