ITHACA, N.Y. — The men's hockey team's showdown with Ivy League rival and defending ECAC Hockey champion Harvard on Saturday night is sold out. The last remaining tickets were secured Tuesday morning shortly after they were made available, though tickets are still available for Friday night's tilt against Dartmouth. Faceoff is at 7 p.m.
Cornell (4-0-0) is one of two remaining undefeated, untied teams in the country after a road sweep of Quinnipiac and Princeton last weekend. The victories have boosted the Big Red to 12th in the USA TODAY/USA Hockey Magazine poll and 14th in the USCHO.com poll. Dartmouth (2-2) is also coming off a pair of victories last weekend against Brown and Yale, and Harvard (2-1) is currently ranked fifth in the nation after starting the season as the consensus pick to repeat as league champions.
