ITHACA, N.Y. – Cornell University will host the 2017 Ivy League Women's Lacrosse Tournament this weekend at Schoellkopf Field in Ithaca. The top-seeded Big Red will play in the second of two semifinal games on Friday night, facing fourth-seeded Harvard in a 7:05 p.m. contest. The day begins with second-seeded Penn battling third-seeded Princeton in a 4:05 p.m. matchup in the first semifinal. The championship game will be played on Sunday at 11:05 a.m. The latest information for fans visiting Schoellkopf Field for this weekend's action can be found here.
GAME TICKETS
It is recommended that fans purchase tickets in advance. Tickets may be purchased in person or by calling the Cornell Athletic Ticket Office at 607-254-BEAR, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The full weekend discount ticket packages are ONLY available for purchase in person or by phone prior to Friday's semifinal games, but individual game tickets can also be purchased online by
clicking here.
The gates to Schoellkopf Field will open at 3 p.m. on Friday and at 10 a.m. on Sunday. Tickets may be purchased at the gates beginning at those times.
Admission to all games will be FREE to current Ivy League students. Please present your student ID card at the gate.
Please be advised, any Cornell issued VIP passes WILL NOT be valid for any of the tournament games.
PARKING
Be advised, the Crescent Lot, Hoy Parking Garage and many other outer lots are reserved for Cornell faculty and staff possessing parking permits until 5 p.m. on Friday. Fans arriving prior to 5 p.m. must stop at the Transportation Services kiosk on Hoy Road to purchase a parking pass for the Hoy Parking Garage. There are also a limited number of metered spots on Campus Road.
Beginning on Friday at 5 p.m. all parking lots will be made free and open to the public throughout the remainder of the weekend.
TAILGATING
Tailgating will be allowed ONLY in the Crescent Lot, located directly behind the Schoellkopf Field Crescent. Please be advised that charcoal grills, motorhomes, buses and pets are prohibited.
