Duanne Moeser

Biography

He was a four-time All-Ivy forward on the men[apos]s ice hockey team, earning first-team honors in both 1984 and 1985, second-team accolades in 1986 and honorable mention in 1983. He was the Co-Ivy Player of the Year in 1984, when he led the Ivies in scoring with 32 points on 11 goals and 21 assists and received the team[apos]s MVP award. A tri-captain as a junior and senior, he was named to the Eastern College Athletic Conference All-Star second team in 1985 and received ECAC honorable mention in [apos]86, when Cornell won the ECAC championship. Moeser was third in the ECAC in scoring with 41 points, and he ranked 12th in the NCAA Division I with 50 points as a sophomore. At the end of his four years with the Big Red, he ranked fifth in both career points (177) and career goals (81). A native of Waterloo, Ont., he graduated from Bluevale Collegiate Institute and currently makes his home in Friedberg, Germany.
