Find Out More About Family & Children's Service of Ithaca
ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Cornell football program made yet another big play ... this time for Family & Children's Service of Ithaca. The Big Red raised more than $1,100 as part of a charity car wash on April 27 that coincided with the Spring Game. This year's duties went to the White Team, who dropped a 17-0 contest in the annual Red-White Spring Game the day before. Both teams spent several hours at the Shortstop Deli washing cars and collecting donations to benefit the program, which is the primary private non-profit provider of mental health services in Tompkins County for children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families.
