• Tabbed 43rd among shortstops in Texas and Top 1,000 nationally among classmates by Perfect Game.
• Competed for four years as a pitcher, third baseman and shortstop at Lamar HS, also playing basketball for one season.
• Named to 2017 all-district team and most valuable player of freshman team.
