Brown Invitational... set personal-best Mile at Boston University Invitational with a time of 4:05.25... Placed third with a personal-best 1k (2:23.22)Â at Indoor Heps... earned personal-best 1500m at the Virginia Challenge... competed in the NCAA East First Round with a personal-best 3000m steeplechase.
2022-23 I SOPHOMORE SEASON Â
Registered a personal best in the 3000m steeplechase at the Ivy League Outdoor Track & Field Championships... also earned a personal best in the mile with 4:08.21 minutes at indoor Heps... captured a personal best in the 1500m at the Duke Invitational... grabbed a second-place finish in the Mile at the Cornell Upstate Challenge.Â
2021-22 I FRESHMAN SEASONÂ
Competed in four meets for the Big Red... took first at the Deneault Invitational in the mile run... took second in the 3000m steeplechase at the South Florida Invitational.Â
PRIOR TO CORNELL
Was a cross country state champion in 2019, a two-time regional champ, a 5-time district champ and a four-time league champ… was named MVP of both his cross country and track teams… left Grandview Heights HS with three school records.
