AT CORNELL
McFadden joined the Big Red staff in 2024 as a assistant coach after spending two seasons on the Drexel coaching staff. In the 2024-25 season, McFadden assisted the Big Red in their first Ivy League Tournament Title with five Ivy champions and 10 NCAA qualifiers for the second consecutive season earning Ivy League Coaching Staff of the Year honors.
In his second year, McFadden was a part of leading the Big Red to their second consecutive Ivy League Tournament Title with four Ivy champions and five NCAA qualifiers.
